The Americans with Disabilities Act is essential for employment legislation nowadays. It is keen on providing job opportunities to disabled people who are qualified for the job. This restricts the people only when they are not able to perform the job. ADA is beneficial to the people who are discriminated on the employment area and also in the other public spaces. It ensures the people to enjoy their rights as same as the other healthy individuals.
