Industry veteran to spearhead organization and international expansion of partner program

In this newly created position, Terry will oversee the structure, strategy and global expansion of Uptivity's channel program.

Before joining Avaya, Terry was VP of global products and marketing at CTI Group. There she managed product strategy for call recording, CDR reporting and ebilling platforms. She was also instrumental in bringing the company's hosted contact center suite, speech analytics, screen recording and evaluation toolsets to market.
