CONTEST RULES:

  1. 1.     No purchase necessary to win.
  2. 2.     Winner must be 18 years of age or older.  If winner is between 18 & 21 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years of age in order to check-in to the hotel. Minor traveling companion(s) (if any) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  3. 3.     Entries are accepted through this World Wide Web Internet site. All of the required fields of the entry form must be filled out in order to win.
  4. 4.      Only one entry per person. 
  5. 5.      Grand prize winner will receive: Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in a maximum of one (1) room at a hotel selected by UO for one (1) night.  Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. Four (4) 1-Day/2-park tickets valid for admission to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks through September 16, 2012. One (1) Universal Orlando Resort general parking pass valid through May 19, 2013.
  6. 6.     ALL grand prizes and secondary prizes valid through May 19, 2013.
  7. 7.     Blackout dates or other restrictions may apply. Winner travel arrangements must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to winner travel and are subject to availability. Hotel stay, theme park, and hard ticket dates may not be changed after scheduling, acceptance, and confirmation by UO. All elements of each Grand Prize package must be used, redeemed, fulfilled, booked and/or confirmed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted. If winner is unable to fulfill any portion of the prize during the time period specified, winner forfeits the entire prize package. Winner and guests must travel at the same time. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. All unclaimed and/or unused prize packages, including theme park tickets, will remain the property of UO and may not be used as sales or trade incentive for employees of the Sponsor, and may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by winner, nor used by the Sponsor, its agencies or clients. All tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice.  Some special events may be separately ticketed. UO reserves the right to change the name of all tickets.  All tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed "hard ticket" entertainment events at either of the theme parks or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues.
  8. 8.     WTLH/FOX49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC are not responsible for misdirected e-mail or for submissions or prize notifications which are not delivered or received.
  9. 9.     Winners cannot win another WTLH/FOX 49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC or MyFoxTallahassee.com contest for thirty (30) days since their last win. One winner per household/family per thirty (30) day period

10.  Employees, delivery-agents and contractors of WTLH/FOX 49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC, their associated publishing companies and ad agencies and immediate families of all such employees are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and regulations, and shipping costs, if applicable.

11.  Representatives of WTLH/FOX 49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC are not responsible for any claims, liabilities or damages in conjunction with the prizes and/or services of this contest or the depositing of entries. No prize substitutes or transfers can be made. 

12.  By submitting an entry, the participant acknowledges and agrees to all of the contest rules. Decisions made by WTLH/FOX 49,  WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC are final in all matters relating to this contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winners' names and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

13.  All decisions of WTLH/FOX 49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final.  Each contestant by virtue of entering the contest agrees to accept the decision of WTLH/FOX 49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC as final.

14.  Winner will be asked to pick up prize in person at WTLH/FOX49 located at 950 Commerce Blvd, Midway, FL 32343. Winner will be asked to produce at least one form of photo identification and must confirm their identity.  They must sign a release form, releasing WTLH/ FOX 49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC, its parent company, subsidiaries, distributors, officers, directors, as well as employees, representatives and agents of each of the above, from all liability of any type whatsoever, and agrees to sign the release.
