CONTEST RULES:

1. No purchase is necessary to win.
2. Winner will be chosen at the discretion of FOX49. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone call.
3. Entries are accepted through this World Wide Web Internet site. All of the required fields of the entry form must be filled out.
4. Only one entry per person. 
5. WTLH/FOX49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC are not responsible for misdirected e-mail or for submissions or prize notifications which are not delivered or received.
6. Winners cannot win another WTLH/FOX49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC or MyFoxTallahassee.com contest for thirty (30) days since their last win. One winner per household/family per thirty (30) day period
7. Employees, delivery-agents and contractors of WTLH/FOX49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC, their associated publishing companies and ad agencies and immediate families of all such employees are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and regulations, and shipping costs, if applicable.
8. Representatives of WTLH/FOX49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC are not responsible for any claims, liabilities or damages in conjunction with the prizes and/or services of this contest or the depositing of entries. No prize substitutes or transfers can be made. 
9. By submitting an entry, the participant acknowledges and agrees to all of the contest rules. Decisions made by WTLH/FOX49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC are final in all matters relating to this contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winners' names and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

10.  All decisions of WTLH/FOX49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final.  Each contestant by virtue of entering the contest agrees to accept the decision of WTLH/FOX49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC as final.

11.  Winner may be asked to pick up prize in person at WTLH/FOX49 studio located at 950 Commerce Blvd, Midway, FL 32343. Winner may be asked to produce at least one form of photo identification and must confirm their identity.  They must sign a release form, releasing WTLH/ FOX49, WTLF/CW Tallahassee, and NEW AGE MEDIA LLC, its parent company, subsidiaries, distributors, officers, directors, as well as employees, representatives and agents of each of the above, from all liability of any type whatsoever, and agrees to sign the release.
