SOURCE: Theory of Something
The dark energy – the unknown substance that is accelerating distant galaxies and making up 73% of the universe – has also been found necessary for light to shine. The Theory of Something reveals what dark energy is and how it relates to Planck’s constant on the quantum scale and to gravity on the cosmic scale.

The new Theory of Something that recently revealed the underlying reality of the quantum world and how the universe is built, also explains the mysterious dark energy of space that has been confirmed in the last decade. It has now been discovered, that the dark energy not only accelerates distant galaxies - It also makes light shine.
In the Theory of Something there is a fundamental charge particle, the Negtrino, that both makes up all other particles and fills space with a strong cubic Grid of the Negtrinos spaced 10 pm from each other (i.e. one billionth of a centimeter). The dark energy is found to be a small charge overpressure in this Grid, which is a remainder of the Big Bang that created the universe 13.7 billion years ago.
The dark energy in space has been measured best by the WMAP satellite and been found to make up a 73% unknown part of the universe, while another 23% is the also unknown dark matter, while only 4% is matter of the kind we know (like stars, planets and dust in between).
The Theory of Something research has discovered that the measured dark energy in space per Negtrino and revolution equals Planck’s constant (h), which is the fundamental constant that shows up in all experiments in the quantum world and also determines the energy of the photon. Einstein showed over 100 years ago, that light consists of photons with an energy of h times f (E=hf) where f is the frequency of the light, i.e. its color or type of electromagnetic radiation. The discovered relation between dark energy and Planck’s constant is simple and beautiful: Planck’s reduced constant is the dark energy per Negtrino in the Grid per revolution.
This discovery also leads to a better understanding of the fundamental electrical constant, permittivity, and that mass is a mechanism instead of a particle quality. The Theory of Something also shows that gravity and mass themselves are dependent on the dark energy, which is derived in chapter five of the Theory of Something, downloadable at http://theoryofsomething.com.
G.D. Tosman who has developed the Theory of Something explains: “The photon, as we call the light particle, is simply the energy packet of a rotating Negtrino in the Grid. The rotation and energy packet – not the Negtrino itself – is traversing from Negtrino to Negtrino in the Grid at the speed of light. It is the Negtrino rotating at frequency f, swinging around its portion of the dark energy represented by Planck’s constant that makes up Einstein’s famous formula E=hf. The mysterious dark energy is simply a slight charge overpressure in the Grid of Negtrinos that makes up space itself.”
This discovery, that Planck’s constant is proportional to the dark energy, leads to the remarkable conclusion that Planck’s constant is reduced by the expansion of the universe, which is diluting the dark energy. Thus, the energy in light will diminish and light itself will fade away with time! However, that is a slow process and it will take billions of years before light itself is blacked out.
The Theory of Something (ToS) was presented in fall 2012 and provides an understandable reality of how the quantum world and the universe works.
There is a single fundamental elementary charge particle – the Negtrino – that builds up all other particles and also fills up all of space with a cubic Grid of Negtrinos 10 pm apart. There are 3 room dimensions, time and charge at the fundamental level and classic electromagnetic theory rules. Mass and gravity are mechanisms where matter interacts with the Grid – They are not qualities of any particle and kg is not a base unit.
From the single fundamental physical law, the electromagnetic force between moving point charges, all other physical laws can be derived. Newton’s gravity law, his second law of motion (F=ma) as well as the force accelerating distant galaxies have been derived in the ToS. These three forces acting upon mass (which is a charge increase in the Grid), as well as the strong and weak forces of the standard model, are electromagnetic in nature and not carried by particles. No fine-tuning of physical constants, no energy emerging out of nothing, no extra dimensions, no new physical laws emerging now and then, are required for universes to exist. The universe we experience was seeded at the Big Bang when the recently detected dark energy was injected into our universe.
In the ToS, there is an understandable reality behind the current mysteries of the quantum world and the universes. Even the photon, what energy actually is, what a black hole consists of, how Something can emerge out of Nothing and more things are explained and can be understood in the Theory of Something.
